Projects that range from a simple key light upgrade to full blown stage design need to be designed in some form or fashion. With the right tools, this step of the process allows for teams to see exactly what the design will look like from anywhere in the room. This is incredibly valuable when it comes to critiquing and ensuring the design solves the problems presented.

With any project, there are details, logistics, and planning that need to be coordinated, communicated, and assessed. While we employ a few project management tools, we use Asana as our main platform for organizing our projects.

Whether there are four lights or four hundred, a small DMX replay unit or a full blown MA full size, at some point, it all needs programming. While this step can often be overlooked, it is just as important in the overall process.

This is the final step in our process—the moment when all our planning and creativity come to life. It’s where ideas leave the page, light fills the room, and vision becomes reality.
